It can be mounted flat or vertical and weighs 8lbs 5oz. A pin goes all the way through the jack body and holds it very securely. The jack handle stores underneath the jack. We make these mounts right here in Idaho, they are cut out of 12 gage steel, bent in a press and then welded. They are in RAW metal that has oil on it keep them from rusting.

We recommend cleaning and then painting or powder coating them your favorite color. We prefer spray paint because our off-road gear always gets scratched and dinged and it is easier to touch up spray paint then powder coat.
